What is the application process at AMPEERS ENERGY like? Here are the most important questions and answers!
When are we a good match?
We seek passionate peers who will accompany us on our mission out of conviction. And we are looking for colleagues who want to actively and purposefully shape the future with us.
We are convinced that a company culture characterized by equal opportunities and diversity will allow us to grow together and promote creativity and innovation. How do I apply and what should I include in my application?
Apply directly via the specific job posting on this page by clicking "Apply now" at the bottom. You can leave your contact details and upload your documents. We would like to have your resume and a cover letter. References are optional. Basically, send us what you think is relevant and meaningful so that we can get the best possible picture of you.
How does the first meeting work?
If we find your profile exciting, we will contact you and arrange a joint video call with a member of the People & Culture team. The aim of this conversation is to get to know each other and to compare our requirements and wishes. You will have the opportunity to present your experience, knowledge and motivation. We will also be happy to answer any questions you may have.
How will you determine that I have the necessary abilities?
For many positions, when we feel we can be a good match, we schedule a small challenge or case study. You will be given the opportunity to work on some tasks that match the position. This allows us to assess your skills and working style better and gives you an insight into the nature of our work.
If you are a developer, we usually offer you the opportunity to take a coding challenge tailored to the role. This allows us to see if it's a good fit for both sides before we move on to the interview process.
What does the further process look like?
Is it still a good fit? Then you have the opportunity to talk in more detail with the respective team lead, team members or one of the founders about the potential role and the associated tasks in one or more interviews so that you get as realistic a picture as possible. The interviews can take place via video call or in person at one of our offices.
When will the contract offer come?
If both sides are satisfied, the application process will be completed, and you will receive a contract offer from us. We will happily answer any questions and make final arrangements at this stage.
What does my start at AMPEERS ENERGY look like?
Before you start with us, you will receive an e-mail in good time with all the information about your first working day and the organizational details. On your first day of work, we will welcome you to one of our offices. You will also spend your first working week and get to know many of your colleagues there. One of them is your onboarding buddy, who will help you with words and deeds to give you a great start with us.
